Watch: Steelers Rookies Combine For Game’s 1st Turnover

Shortly after a field goal in the first quarter from Chris Boswell that gave the Pittsburgh Steelers a 3-0 lead over the Houston Texans in the AFC Wild Card matchup at Acrisure Stadium, the Steelers defense struck with a big play of its own.

On a 1st and 10 from the Pittsburgh 40-yard line, the Texans tried to dial up a splash play on a flea flicker. But it was Steelers rookie outside linebacker Jack Sawyer that came up clutch with a forced fumble on Texans quarterback CJ Stroud, leading to a recovery from rookie defensive lineman Yahya Black.
