ALTOONA, Pa. -- The glue that held Penn State's offensive line together this season could have come back to college for one more year, but he has decided to enter the NFL draft instead.
Juice Scruggs made that announcement late Friday night, but also added he will play for the Nittany Lions in next week's Rose Bowl against Utah. He was voted a team captain this season.
"Penn State, thank you for accepting me as a young 18-year-old kid with open arms. We have stuck together as a family through the ups and downs, and I am forever grateful to be a Nittany Lion.
