It took a lot of resources, but I believe the gamble is going to pay off in the long run.
It all began in March, when the Steelers made a major splash by trading a second-round pick to the Seattle Seahawks for two-time Pro Bowl wide receiver DK Metcalf. Pittsburgh didn’t hesitate to show its long-term commitment either, signing Metcalf to a four-year, $132 million extension.
