The Pittsburgh Steelers are 7-6, but it hasn’t been the easiest road to get there. On both sides of the ball, there have been times in which some of the big names haven’t produced, and the Steelers have had to rely on others stepping up. Someone who’s stepped up more than most is Kenneth Gainwell.
Gainwell, brought in on a one-year deal, didn’t have high expectations surrounding his arrival. He was expected to catch some passes out of the backfield and be a solid second-option behind Jaylen Warren. Yet, he’s made his presence felt in a much larger way at times.
