For decades now, the Pittsburgh Steelers have made it a common occurrence to give their fans heart problems late in games.

One of those moments that stands out to this day is the ending of the 1995 AFC Championship Game at Heinz Field against the Indianapolis Colts, in which a last-gasp Hail Mary attempt by quarterback Jim Harbaugh fell mercifully incomplete in a controversial play (at the time), sending the Steelers to Super Bowl XXX in Phoenix to represent the AFC.
