The Pittsburgh Steelers have had a rough go of things since the 2017 playoffs. Since that AFC Divisional Round loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Steelers have experienced more than the average amount of drama when it comes to NFL teams.

And the Steelers missed the postseason in 2018.
Sure, there were a lot of other events which took place in between those bullet points, but the Steelers need to get back to square one. Square one being a team which lacks the ego and focuses on their true identity.
