It feels like forever ago, but coming into the 2025 season, Broderick Jones was one of the biggest question marks on the Pittsburgh Steelers’ roster. Heading into his third NFL season, Jones’ 2025 play would decide how the Steelers view him, and whether they would pick up his fifth-year option.
That decision has been made much more complicated by Dylan Cook’s emergence. Jones was lost for the season against Chicago, suffering a neck injury on which he recently had surgery. Andrus Peat initially took his spot, but Peat suffered his own injury against Baltimore in Week 14.
