Mike Tomlin sent shockwaves throughout the NFL Tuesday when he stepped down as Pittsburgh Steelers head coach. While there were rumors that he could leave, it still didn’t seem likely. However, the Steelers are now looking for their fourth head coach since 1969. It didn’t take long for coaches to show interest in the opening. Chris Simms doesn’t think that job is as appealing as some people are making it out to be, though.
“If you’re just looking at the roster, I don’t think this is one of the top-notch jobs in the sport right now,” Simms said Wednesday on the Pro Football Talk podcast.
