Heyward will be the first to admit that, giving the nod to the team Director of Player Development, Darrel Young. He’s far from being the most visible man on the Steelers’ coaching staff, and his job isn’t to teach anyone how to throw the ball or tackle. Instead, he’s helping in the lives of each player to keep their focus on being the best football player possible.
