A week ago, the world seemed to be crumbling around the Pittsburgh Steelers. They’d been embarrassed at home, not for the first time this season. They had also fallen out of the playoff race, and there were even chants to fire Mike Tomlin ringing around Acrisure Stadium in the loss to Buffalo.
It’s amazing what winning can do. There certainly are still qualms to be had with the 2025 version of the Steelers, but the mood is much better after a decisive win against the Ravens. As Aaron Rodgers said postgame, it felt nice for the Steelers to shut some of their doubters up for a little while.
