Suspension of Marcus Gilbert will likely lead to activation of Cameron Sutton

The Pittsburgh Steelers were dealt another hand filled with drama on Monday afternoon when the league announced right tackle Marcus Gilbert will be suspended four games for violating the NFL’s performance-enhancing substance policy.

After news broke, some more details started to filter through the mayhem, and one of those came from Pittsburgh Post-Gazette beat writer Ed Bouchette on his official Twitter page:

Gilbert will lose $1 million during his 4-game suspension. Steelers can add player to 53 to replace him during that time.
