The Pittsburgh Steelers hosted EDGE K.J. Henry for a workout on Tuesday, per the NFL transaction sheet.
Henry was a fifth-round pick by the Washington Commanders in the 2023 NFL Draft out of Clemson. He had 1.5 sacks and two passes defensed along with 19 tackles in 10 games with three starts as a rookie, but was waived by Washington ahead of final roster cuts last season. He landed with the Cincinnati Bengals after being claimed off waivers and played in two games, but was poached off the Bengals’ practice squad by the Dallas Cowboys and also suited up in two games with Dallas last season.
