Steelers Waive OL Lecitus Smith

The Pittsburgh Steelers have waived offensive lineman Lecitus Smith just two months after claiming him. Pittsburgh made the move and cleared the offseason roster spot Tuesday, one week ahead of the start of voluntary OTAs.

Pittsburgh claimed Smith off waivers March 24th after he was cut by the New England Patriots. Smith, 26, has appeared in 18 games with three starts.
