The Pittsburgh Steelers signing Aaron Rodgers in the offseason to address their quarterback position for at least one season was made with visions of him being able to elevate a young offense and keep Pittsburgh in a competitive window.
Instead, coming off of a 26-7 beatdown by the Buffalo Bills at Acrisure Stadium, the Steelers are now trending in the wrong direction and looking like a team in need of a massive reboot, not only at the quarterback position but in general.
Rodgers was left bruised and battered Sunday night, suffering a cut on his nose on a strip-sack from Joey Bosa on the first play of the third quarter that resulted in a Buffalo defensive touchdown.
