Steelers To Pick 21st Overall In 2026 NFL Draft

With the Pittsburgh Steelers’ 2025 season officially over, all attention turns towards the offseason. That includes the 2026 NFL Draft, one that will take place in downtown Pittsburgh for the first time in the modern draft era. Officially, the Steelers will hold the 21st overall pick in the first round of April’s draft.

For a veteran-laden team that bet big on experience this season, the upcoming draft will be key for general manager Omar Khan and company. Thanks to the George Pickens trade and projected compensatory selections, the Steelers could have upwards of a dozen draft picks. To put that in perspective, the last time Pittsburgh made 12 selections in a single draft occurred in 1992, a time when the draft lasted 12 rounds.
