Two players who earned a tryout with the Steelers over the weekend just earned a spot on their roster.
The team signed wide receiver Damoun Patterson of Youngstown State and offensive lineman R.J. Prince of North Carolina to their 90-man offseason roster.
They released offensive tackle Ikenna Nwokeji from that roster.
The Steelers’ first voluntary practices for the entire team begin May 22.
