Steelers’ Sean Davis Named To NFL.com’s 2016 All-Rookie Team

NFL Media senior analyst Gil Brandt recently released his 2016 All-Rookie Team and it included one player from the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Brandt named Steelers safety Sean Davis to his all-rookie team and here is his reason behind the selection of the Maryland product:

Davis played in 16 games (nine starts), splitting time at corner and safety. He finished with 70 tackles, 1.5 sacks, five passes defensed and one pick. Davis is a good fit for the way the Steelers play defense, thanks to his versatility. He’s a good tackler, very smart, and I think he’ll be a solid player for a long time.
