Steelers’ Practice Gets Chippy; Brown Gets Upset With Lack of Balls His Way

The dog days of summer have set in on the practice fields of St. Vincent’s College in Latrobe. While that isn’t necessarily surprising, one of the combatants in today’s festivities was.

In a move that many Steelers’ beat writers could not recall seeing, Steelers’ Head Coach Mike Tomlin ordered first round draft pick Bud Dupree out of a drill after he went at it with essentially the entire offensive line. While many reports suggested that Dupree was kicked out of practice, that wasn’t the case.

He was however ordered out of the drill after first going at it with the Steelers’ Kelvin Beachum and then followed suit by going at it with everyone else.
