Steelers have three players added to the COVID-19/Reserve List

The Pittsburgh Steelers, and their fans, have been plenty angry with the Baltimore Ravens throughout the mess that has been the lead up to their Week 12 game at Heinz Field. Originally scheduled for Thanksgiving night, the Ravens’ outbreak continues to run rampant through the game which caused it to be moved twice.

With the day/time settled, and the Ravens still seeing positive tests, the Steelers have joined the party with having three players of their own being placed on the COVID/Reserve List.

This per Brooke Pryor of ESPN:

The Steelers have placed three on the Reserve/COVID-19 list:

-Isaiah Buggs
-Jerald Hawkins
-Stephon Tuitt— Brooke Pryor (@bepryor) November 27, 2020

The players who will miss at least this week’s game will be:

DE Isaiah Buggs
OT Jerald Hawkins
DE Stephon Tuitt

The loss of Buggs and Tuitt will leave the Steelers depleted along the defensive line, but thankfully the return of Chris Wormley and Tyson Alualu should help cushion the blow of the loss.
