One thing is certain as training camp ramps up: the Pittsburgh Steelers are all in this season.
If the team’s aggressive offseason didn’t already send a clear message, General Manager Omar Khan erased any lingering doubt with one bold declaration. At the opening of training camp, standing before media, fans, Khan didn’t mince words.
"We're building this team to win a Super Bowl this year," he declared Wednesday afternoon.
Those words hit me. Not because they were overly ambitious or out of line with what we know about the Steelers, but because of the timing—and the clarity.
