Think nine-digit summer spending.

The franchise has been proactive with the contracts of key players leading up to the season, re-signing defensive end Cam Heyward last month and, according to ESPN insider Adam Schefter, agreeing to negotiate with Drew Rosenhaus on a reworked deal for Antonio Brown this week.
