With the 2025 NFL Draft in the books and the Pittsburgh Steelers signing several undrafted free agents, including one additional player Monday, the team is now tasked to round out their rookie minicamp roster with a slew of invites. These players will make their way to Pittsburgh May 8-11 on a tryout basis, meaning they’re not under contract and won’t stick around unless they’re officially signed after the three-day event.
These largely consist of rookies but can also include veterans. Last year, RB Jonathan Ward participated on a tryout basis and stuck to the roster, even seeing regular season action.
