‘See Growth On The Way:’ Steelers’ Offense Isn’t Stagnant Like Fans Think, Says Hoge

It might not look like it in recent weeks, but the Pittsburgh Steelers’ offense is making incremental improvements.

At least, that’s how former Steelers running back and current analyst Merril Hoge sees it.

Appearing on the 102.5 WDVE Morning Show Wednesday, Hoge stated that while many fans and analysts might not see it, the Steelers’ offense as a whole is improving.

“The running game is getting so much better, and I think the better that gets, the better they’ll get in the passing game. And the more they incorporate the tight ends, the more you can control the middle of the field, the more that does create opportunities on the perimeter,” Hoge said.
