Baltimore Ravens rookie linebacker Teddye Buchanan saw the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 14. It doesn’t appear he’ll face them again in the rematch. Buchanan is likely out for the season after reportedly tearing his ACL in the first half of yesterday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Buchanan’s injury came covering a punt, a non-contact injury where his leg buckled and he crumpled to the ground.
Sources: The belief is that Ravens LB Teddye Buchanan, the team’s second-leading tackler, tore his ACL during Sunday’s win over the Bengals. Buchanan will undergo additional testing today to confirm the injury.
