Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, head coach Mike Tomlin is a big reason why Rodgers will don the Black and Gold next season, as Schefter said that Tomlin was a “drawing card” for Rodgers, while Tomlin was willing to work within Rodgers’ timeline.
