Entering the game Sunday, Mike Tomlin stood at 6-4 coming off the bye week but he had lost his last three in a row. A fourth nearly happened but his team escaped on the final play of the game. As fans, we’ve been perplexed by the team’s lack of focus not just in games after the bye but also against inferior opponents. Enter Ryan Shazier whose comments are not generating nearly enough attention in my opinion. This was Shazier’s comment following the game. “Not going to lie, before the game some people even told me it almost didn’t feel like a game day.
