Good Tuesday to you Steelers’ Fans!
Yesterday began the second phase of the Steelers’ OTAs. In this phase the team can get much more involved with teaching and on-field activity than in Phase One. There is no ‘offense vs defense’ and zero contact is allowed but this is also when the rookie mini-camp will be held (May 10-12 per steelers.com). This is essentially the first look the Steelers’ Coaching Staff will get at these guys ‘as Steelers.’
A couple of transactions of note… The Steelers assigned Ryan Shazier to the PUP/Physically Unable to Perform List yesterday.
