Good New Year to you Steelers fans.
As of this writing the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers are not exactly putting their “varsity” teams on the field this Sunday. The Steelers are going without Ben Roethlisberger, Maurkice Pouncey, Cam Heyward, T.J. Watt and maybe others while the Browns are short handed because of Covid. Denzel Ward is the big name among four or five other starters who can’t play for Cleveland. As you know by now, the game has zero bearing on the Steelers as they already know they’ll be hosting a playoff game on Wild-Card Weekend. For the Browns though they need a victory to get into the playoffs.
