The Steelers signed rookie quarterback Mason Rudolph on Wednesday.
Rudolph, the first of the Steelers’ two third-round picks, signed his entry-level four-year deal one day after offensive lineman Chuks Okorafor signed his contract.
Only first-round pick Terrell Edmunds remains unsigned.
