Ron Cook: Tomlin is consistent when it comes to tolerating Brown's post-TD antics

Mike Tomlin has been nothing if not consistent when it comes to Antonio Brown’s silly end-zone celebrations. A year ago, Tomlin said of a Brown somersault after his 71-yard punt return for a touchdown against Cincinnati, “It’s funny to me sometimes that people think I can stop a grown man from doing something like that. What do you want me to do? Not play him?”

Earlier this season, after Brown did a full front flip after a 56-yard touchdown catch against Cleveland, Tomlin said, “Awesome play. Sick celebration. Move on.”

Sunday night, after Brown went crotch-first into the goal post at full speed after a 71-yard punt return for a touchdown against Indianapolis and was penalized 15 yards for using the goal post as “a prop,” Tomlin said, biting off his words, “I didn’t see it, but I’m sure we’ll rehash it and rehash it 1,000 times in the next six days and suck all the life out of it.
