A video of Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger throwing a football following his Friday checkup visit with a doctor in California took social media by storm on Saturday and clearly showed that his rehabilitation from elbow surgery is likely going as well as it possibly can be. Roethlisberger has since updated Ron Cook of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on his current condition and rehab process.
“It felt amazing to throw,” Roethlisberger reportedly said on his Saturday throwing session. “It was hard to hold the smile in. Two more throwing sessions while I’m out here in California and then headed back to the burgh.
