Mike Tomlin will not be the Pittsburgh Steelers head coach in 2026. In fact, he doesn’t intend to coach any team. Minutes after the news that Tomlin would step down as the Steelers’ head coach after 19 years on the job, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported Tomlin plans to “take a break” from coaching.
Presumably, that means he will not coach in 2026.
