Pittsburgh Steelers WR DK Metcalf was suspended two games following an altercation with a fan during the team’s Week 16 game against the Detroit Lions, and Metcalf will appeal the ruling. It shouldn’t take long for Metcalf to know whether or not his regular season is over, as NFL insider Ian Rapoport said that Metcalf will likely hear about his appeal as soon as tomorrow.
“The NFL will now weigh in on that, should be sooner rather than later, likely tomorrow we will get an answer from the NFL,” Rapoport said regarding Metcalf’s appeal on NFL Gameday Kickoff.
