Despite stating that the conversation surrounding the future of eventual Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers needed to wait a bit until a “full body of evidence” came into focus, ESPN Insider Adam Schefter did his best to fan the flames of speculation Tuesday morning.
During an appearance on ESPN’s Unsportsmanlike, Schefter stated that while Pittsburgh is open to having the 42-year-old quarterback back for another season, he thinks there’s a good chance Rodgers won’t want to return to the Steelers, considering how the season ended in an ugly loss to the Houston Texans in the AFC Wild Card Round.
