One day after ranking new quarterback Russell Wilson as the 22nd-best in the NFL, PFF ranked Pickens 30th at the wide receiver position, narrowly edging out Cincinnati’s Tee Higgins and Tampa Bay’s Chris Godwin for the final two spots in the top 32.
