Steelers HC Mike Tomlin has been under fire of late, the flames subsiding just a bit with their win over the Ravens last week. While the team is underperforming, Pittsburgh still controls its fate for a home playoff game. And QB Aaron Rodgers credits his head coach for keeping the team even-keeled through rocky waters. Particularly from an outsider’s perspective, he thinks many undervalue his impact.
“His meetings are, for anybody like myself or Adam [Thielen] coming in, or Marquez [Valdes-Scantling], it’s pretty eye-opening,” Rodgers said of Tomlin, via the Steelers’ website. “Talking for 30-plus minutes every single day.
