Positional Grades: Steelers At Lions

What a wild game that was.

In the Motor City, the Pittsburgh Steelers found a way to hang on late after a rare missed Chris Boswell field goal, winning the game on the final play, 29-24, after an offensive pass interference penalty from Detroit’s Amon-Ra St. Brown negated a lateral for a touchdown to quarterback Jared Goff.

Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers played very well once again, while the running game took over led by Jaylen Warren and his pair of 45-yard touchdown runs. Defensively, the Steelers stood tall without T.J. Watt and Nick Herbig, completely shutting down the Lions’ rushing attack and doing just enough in the end to win the game.
