Pittsburgh Steelers: 3 players who can be cut following the NFL Draft

J.J. Wilcox has already felt the rather of rookies heading to Pittsburgh. The veteran safety barely lasted 24 hours after the draft. But the Steelers decision to draft two players of the same position meant there wasn’t room for everyone, and Wilcox was the first to go.

This is only the beginning. As camp gets on its way, and Pittsburgh sees the talent of their drafted and undrafted rookies, they’ll begin to make roster moves. Aging veterans, unmet potential and roster fillers will begin to see the door as the final 53-man roster is formed.

The Steelers’ rookie class is one of the NFL’s best.
