Most of the Pittsburgh Steelers fans I spoke with while tailgating before the game were not overly optimistic. They were hopeful that Pittsburgh would somehow pull off a win, while acknowledging Baltimore’s strong running game might be too much to handle. They expressed concern that the Steelers’ offense would have trouble scoring.
Ryan Yoder predicted that the Steelers would either be blown out or win a close game. He said Pittsburgh would not lose in a close game. He was prophetic. Baltimore looked like it might run away on their opening drive. Derrick Henry gained 47 yards on the first play of the game.
