This time last season, Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Patrick Queen was raving about rookie linebacker Payton Wilson.
Fast forward one year, and with Wilson slated to be the full-time starter next to him in 2025, Queen continues to sing his praises.
Speaking to reporters Sunday after training camp practice at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Queen raved about Wilson, stating that the second-year pro has all the traits to be a great NFL linebacker.
“Just a high-energy guy that’s gonna get to the ball every single play,” Queen said of Wilson, according to video via the Steelers’ YouTube page.
