Kenneth Gainwell is making less than $2 million to play running back for the Pittsburgh Steelers. And yet even on an offense with high-priced signings at both receiver and tight end, he leads the team in receptions with 57. He’s been quite the steal for the Steelers, but being overlooked isn’t anything new for Gainwell.
“I think I’ve been looked over, overlooked all my life. But at the same time, I just keep my head down and work. Don’t worry about the big moments. Just go out there and handle my business,” Gainwell said Wednesday via Steelers.
