They say if you don’t hear much about an offensive lineman, that’s a good thing because he’s doing his job.
Well, through the first eight games of the season there hasn’t been much said about second-year Pittsburgh Steelers right tackle Troy Fautanu. Though the offensive line has been up and down, and there has been quite a bit of attention paid to the left tackle position with Broderick Jones, Fautanu has quietly gone about his business and has played some good football.
That continued Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts as Fautanu had a standout game.
Against the Colts, Fautanu generated his best pass blocking grade of the season from Pro Football Focus, finishing at an 80.
