The post-draft reaction to the Steelers selection of cornerback Artie Burns was such a downer, I'm nominating him for the 2016 Isaac Redman Award, handed out annual to the biggest training camp underdog.
"Number one pick Artie Burns overcomes long odds to make Steelers team, beats out Donald Washington for 53rd and final spot. Some guys have heart, but not like Artie Burns."
Talk about a great story, right? One that could lead to a 2016 Isaac Redman Award.
