The Pittsburgh Steelers have had their share of defensive struggles this season. And while each aspect of the defense is taking some lumps, it’s been fueled in recent weeks by the edge-rushing group. T.J. Watt, Alex Highsmith and Nick Herbig have all come up with massive plays in recent games.
Highsmith in particular was vital in the win over Baltimore.
“It’s a clear representation of who he is. The type of plays he provides, the type of splash he makes,” Herbig said Friday via Post Gazette – Steelers on YouTube. “Game on the line, he go make a play for us, that’s who Alex is, that’s who he’s been his whole career.
