While it is admirable that Mike Tomlin has never endured a losing season as the head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers, it is also a massive problem. The ongoing streak remains on the right course despite the Steelers' ugly loss against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 10 of the season.
Pittsburgh shrank in that performance, and it showed that more of the same would be done, just like in prior years.
There is a certain pride that Steelers teams have shown over the years in order to keep Tomlin's 'non-losing season' streak intact. It is pointless, as teams in the middle, like the Steelers, struggle to get out of the quicksand.
