The Pittsburgh Steelers had an opportunity to wrap up the AFC North race this week. However, they put up a dud. After three weeks of solid play, the Steelers fell apart against the Cleveland Browns. Some might be wondering if they focused too much on preventing Myles Garrett from breaking the single-season sack record. Mike Tomlin shut that narrative down, though.

“We didn’t do anything against Myles [Garrett] that we don’t normally do against Myles,” Tomlin said after the game via the team’s YouTube channel. “The sack record is irrelevant. We’ve got to minimize him if we want to engineer victory.
