Mike Tomlin and John Harbaugh’s storied history including 40 matchups against each other has come to an end, at least as the coaches of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens. Harbaugh was fired by the Ravens on Tuesday, fittingly after a dramatic Week 18 loss to Tomlin’s Steelers.
Tomlin reacted to the news on The Rich Eisen Show.
“First, I just have so much respect for Harbs. Our stories will forever be interwoven. This rivalry that we’ve been fortunate and honored enough to be a part of. I just got so much respect for him and how he’s gone about his business, and we’ve certainly had some legendary battles over the years,” Tomlin said.
