A large factor in the Pittsburgh Steelers’ Week 14 victory over the Baltimore Ravens was their ability to limit the damage RB Derrick Henry inflicted on the ground. While Henry still reached 94 yards rushing in the defeat, he was held under four yards per carry and left unable to break off any game-breaking long runs.
This week, in the de facto AFC North championship game, Pittsburgh knows that limiting Henry’s ability to gash the defense on long runs will once again be critical. Head coach Mike Tomlin laid out the keys to achieving success against Henry and it all starts with winning the line of scrimmage.
