With the Pittsburgh Steelers winning their ninth game of the season thanks to a wild 29-24 decision over the Detroit Lions that came down to a baffling final play, head coach Mike Tomlin has added another year to his impressive streak as head coach of the Black and Gold.
Tomlin now has 19 straight non-losing seasons as head coach of the Steelers, tying him for second place all time with New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, who went 19 straight years without a losing season from 2001-19.
The record holder remains Dallas Cowboys Hall of Fame head coach Tom Landry, who didn’t have a losing season from 1965-85.
