I don’t know where one would find the stats for something like this but I’m guessing that Vance McDonald’s stiff-arm will be shown more times than almost any other play through the first quarter of the season. And rightfully so! What McDonald did to Tampa Bay safety Chris Conte was nothing short of punishing, embarrassing and down-right nasty but it also gave us a great view of what the Steelers expected McDonald to bring with him to Pittsburgh.

This play was indeed indicative of what McDonald is capable of doing, but there were a few other plays in the game too that showed his ability.
